We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated individual who would like to start as a temporary part-time Junior Finance Support assistant in Almere. This role will primarily involve validating invoices and ensuring accuracy in certain fields. While prior knowledge is not required, a keen eye for detail is essential!

Responsibilities:

  • Validate invoices from different countries and sort them efficiently.
  • Assist in managing the email inbox, categorizing and prioritizing requests, invoices, and reminders.
  • Handle physical mail, specifically sorting invoices from Sweden that arrive by post.
  • Work closely with the team to comprehend and understand invoices with unique rules for 7-8 ethnicities.
  • Exhibit proficiency in numbers, demonstrating an analytical mindset.
  • Communicate effectively in English, as it is crucial for this position.

This business-to-business organization is known for its friendly and helpful company culture. With 200 employees in the Netherlands, spread across offices in Almere and Amsterdam, they also have a presence in Europe with 400-500 employees. Furthermore, they have significant operations in the United States, Brazil, and Asia, employing a total of 3000 people. Specializing in the chemical industry, they manufacture products used as components in various other products. 

Working Hours and Location:

  • 5 days a week from Monday to Friday for 4-5 hours per day.
  • The position is temporary for 4-6 months.
  • Work from home on Fridays, two days at the office, and remote work flexibility on Thursdays.
  • On Wednesdays and Thursdays, work from the office locations.

 

Wat wij bieden
