As Europe’s fastest growing online auction platform, our mission is to make special objects available to everyone. In fact, 14 million users are buying and selling on Catawiki every month. This means we are continually growing and always on the lookout for new talent!
Born and raised in The Netherlands, we started in 2008 as a platform where collectors could manage their collections online. Yet, times change, ideas evolve, and in 2011 we hosted our first online auction and we haven’t looked back since! We’ve now grown to 600 Catawikians working across 7 international offices and are proud to have maintained our start-up mentality.

The brand team is responsible for developing the brand positioning and driving growth through the organic channels. As Brand Lead, you deliver the brand strategy and execute brand campaigns to build a consistent brand image across all touch points.
You develop quarterly brand plans in line with the budget and local market plans. You create ATL-, digital activation campaigns to drive awareness, consideration and conversion to new buyers. Also, you are responsible to build an international PR strategy by creating meaningful stories in offline and online channels.You will manage close relationships with agencies, local markets and categories.
You initiate research projects, generate & own key consumer insights and turn them into growth levers.
In this role you will work closely together with the other marketing teams and you will report to the Head of Brand Marketing.
Who are you
You have Master Degree Marketing and you have between 7+ years experience in an international brand management role preferably within the FMCG / telecom space; ideally combined with experience in a fast growing Technology organisation. You have broad experience in ATL, media planning, and digital activation. Tech savviness and deep understanding of digital channels will be a big plus.
Extensive experience in the development, briefing and production of TV commercials that led to proven success is a must.
Furthermore, you can describe yourself as: analytical, creative, result driven, a proactive achiever. You are comfortable working with data and you have strong cross-collaboration skills. You know how to scope and deliver a project and you are a star in turning strategies into execution.
