Due to the growth of the business we we are looking for an HR Officer to join our HR department and support our business from Amsterdam.  
In this role, you will provide full support to the HR administration. You’ll be the first point of contact for HR-related questions to all our Catawikians in the Netherlands. You will work together with the HR Officer International and our Salary Coordinator, and of course with the HR Advisors. You will report to the HR Manager.

What you will do
  • Support our employees with HR-related questions e.g. leave registration, contract changes and onboarding information
  • Process all changes in employee contracts and in our HR-system Workday
  • Support managers with broad information regarding all HR admin processes e.g. in case of new starters or contract prolongations
  • Record-keeping for pension provider, insurers and other external providers
  • Preparing all payroll related changes each month to ensure a swift payroll process
  • Initiate process enhancements and expand the HR-related information on intranet
Who you are
  • 2-3 years experience in HR administration, preferably affinity with payroll processing
  • Accuracy, service focused and proactive are keywords
  • Flexible, accommodating and with a positive approach
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
  • Available to visit our Assen office frequently
